Council Establishes Senior Fellowship in Global Health and Foreign Policy with a Grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
April 24, 2003 - The Council is establishing a senior fellowship in global health and foreign policy studies with a generous grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Global health issues are integral to any serious thinking about foreign policy. Widespread diseases such as HIV/AIDS and SARS relate directly to U.S. national security in ways that were unimaginable just a few years ago.
The Senior Fellow in Global Health Policy Studies will be an outstanding person with credentials in both health and national security policy and will be an agenda-setter, working with Council members and other experts to find ways to integrate global health issues into U.S. foreign policy.

Jennifer B. Nuzzo: 3 ways to prepare society for the next pandemic | TED
What if we treated the risk of pandemics the same way we treat the risk of fires? In this eye-opening talk, infectious disease epidemiologist Jennifer B. Nuzzo unpacks how the Great Baltimore Fire of 1904 sparked a cultural shift in how we defend against fires -- and explains why pandemics demand the same sort of reaction.
She breaks down the data we need to gather when facing possible danger, the drills we need to ready ourselves and the defences that could keep future threats at bay -- so next time, we're prepared.
This talk was presented at an official TED conference and was featured by our editors on the home page.

Exploring American Monsters: New Hampshire (Monkeys?)
Something hairy lurks in the New Hampshire area of the Appalachian Mountains. Monkeys reported anywhere from three feet to eight feet long have been seen in the mountains, and more recently in towns. These primates, with dog-like muzzles, have long black hair streaked with white, pointed ears, and a nasty temper. Devil Monkeys have been known to kill pets and livestock.
Sightings of Devil Monkeys go back to the 1950s when a baboon-like monster attacked a coupleโs car. The most recent report came from 2001 in the small town of Danville (Again?) a population of just more than 4,000. A group of twelve people encountered an enormous, hooting monkey inside the city limits. โIt wasnโt a sound I had heard before,โ a witness said.
What is the New Hampshire Devil Monkey? An escaped pet? A North American primate? A spirit? Until one is captured, the residents of New Hampshire will never know.

CDC responding to crash involving monkeys (again?) near Danville
โAccording to Trooper Andrea Pelachick, a truck carrying 100 monkeys was involved in the crash on State Route 54 near the Danville exit of Interstate 80 just after 4 p.m.โ

At 9 p.m., Pelachick said state police are investigating the crash and securing the scene for representatives from the Pennsylvania Game Commission, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other agencies.
Route 54 had reopened from crash cleanup by about 6:45 p.m., but police vehicles remained along the side of the road as officers searched in nearby wooded areas with (add drama) flashlights.

โMichele Fallon,โ wrote of her experience on her Facebook pageโฆ..
Dissecting this drivel and it looks pathetically staged. Poor grammar, and intentional useless spelling. Was her spell check off?
โSo I over to pet them?
I noticed 2 in each and I was completely broken the other was HALF broken. So I KNEW 4 got away.
Talk to police and a lady with CDC
Iโm will getting a letter
Iโm very low risk for I donโt know what yet
But symptoms are COVID symptoms (yeah.. of course, they are)
The Staged Event Video
This was .. laugh out loud material. With all the right ingredients.ย
1) Female witness ... not male .... more reliable
2) Truck standing there with 2 large crates.ย
3) Material "lying around" with the clear name "Laboratory" on it so that the viewer can not wonder if it was any cargo.ย
4) Many dark "important " MIB-like vehicles with flashing lights ... and please ... concentrate the camera on the flashing lights for "special effects"ย
5) Then the staff standing around and caucus ... actors who can not even perform their roles well.ย
6) Then the special effect of the searching policeman ... light in the face among the bushes. Yes no the cameraman stood clearly right with the face shots. @Gilaย
7) But their last shot was part of the whole process ... it's like Media24 / EWN in South Africa. The DailyMail ... BIG VERY big distributor of the NWO Agenda and 100%

A woman who stopped to help monkeys in a truck crash is now feeling unwell
Michelle Fallon, from Danville near Scranton, was directly behind the truck
Fallon said the day following the accident she developed a cough and pink-eye
She has begun a course of antiviral drugs and treatment to prevent rabiesย
The last of the four escaped monkeys was accounted for by late Saturdayย
One of the cynomolgus macaques, which are also known as crab-eating or long-tailed macaques, was found in a tree
Pennsylvania residents had been warned not to engage a crab-eating macaque that escaped from a truck carrying 100 of them to a lab
Crates with live monkeys inside were strewn across State Route 54 in Danville, 130 miles from Philadelphia, after the crashย
A witness said he thought he saw a cat run across the road before making the shocking realization that it was actually a fleeing primate
Didnโt the movie Outbreak start like this?
โArmy doctors struggle to find a cure for a deadly virus spreading throughout a California town that was brought to America by an African monkey.โ
โฆ. Yes. Same time Ebola outbreak was going on in Zaire โฆ coincidence letโs hope!

Helloโฆ The Council on Foreign Relations
Well the Council of CFR has been examining the most pressing foreign policy issues of the day apparently. For 100 years.
Facing global challenges such as COVID-19, climate change, and Chinese and Russian aggression, CFR continues to be a trusted resource for those trying to understand the world around them.
Funded by the Gates Foundation of course
The war against so-called โvaccine-preventable diseases has a new frontier: the internet, and most recently The Council of Foreign Relations (CFR) has entered the fray with theย publication of an interactive mapย that it claims โvisually plots global outbreaks of measles, mumps, whooping cough, polio, rubella, and other diseases that are easily preventable by inexpensive and effective vaccines.โย This widely referenced map generated news headlines such as:
LA Times: โThe toll of the anti-vaccination movement, in one devastating graphicโ
Medical Daily: โMap Shows Anti-Vaccine Movementโs Impact On Public Health In U.S., Europeโ
CFRโs map is โmade possible by theย Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation,โ and is part of The Global Health Program at the Council on Foreign Relations, which it claims โprovides independent, evidence-based analysis and recommendations to help policymakers, business leaders, journalists, and the general public meet the health challenges of a globalized world.โย The problem, however, with this map is that is not based onย peer-reviewed biomedical evidenceย as one would expect, but largely anecdotal evidence aggregated from unconfirmed and often unverifiable news stories.
With not a shred of evidence, reporters like Michael Hiltzik from the LA Times opine that the prevalence ofย measlesย in Europe โ especially Britain โ and the U.S are an โartefact of the anti-vaccination movement, which has associated the vaccine with autism.โ Really? Why no mention of the extensive evidence within the published literature ofย measles vaccine failureย in the US since 1995 in immunization compliant populations, revealing thatย measles epidemics are often due to a failing vaccine and not the failure to vaccinate? If the CFRโs map is โevidence-based,โ why no references to the primary literature?
Take a quick peek at a few examples of theย explicitly not evidence-basedย sources for this map, which are simply re-broadcasted official statements of state- or private medical establishment-sponsored propaganda:
www.BrownwoodNews.com:ย โRecord Cases of Pertussis Reported Across the State, Three Reported in Brown Countyโ
www.davisclipper.com:ย โAdults also need pertussis vaccineโ
www.springfieldnewsun.com:ย โClark pertussis cases still risingโ
The Council is establishing a senior fellowship in global health and foreign policy studies with a generous grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Global health issues are integral to any serious thinking about foreign policy. Widespread diseases such as HIV/AIDS and SARS relate directly to U.S. national security in ways that were unimaginable just a few years ago.
Successful vaccine rollouts in the United States and other wealthy nations have made many people hopeful that the end of the COVID-19 pandemic is in sight. But the majority of the worldโs population does not yet have access to these vaccines. Without a strong global effort to immunize everyone, new variants could tighten the pandemicโs grip on rich and poor countries alike.
Conclusion? Certainly Not
I did not come up with this but boy is this compelling? And plausible. The same old usual suspects. Playing in the same ballpark. With the same Foundations. And the world is their oyster.
