We have reached a very critical point in History. A dangerous crossroads and we have an enormous fight ahead of us. This message goes out to the citizens of South Africa who have done nothing.

It has been said there are two kinds of people in the world: those who see a problem, define and describe the problem, complain about the problem, and finally become part of the problem; and those who look at a problem and immediately begin to search for a solution.

Silent Treason

Politicians aside, civilians too are being now accounted for. We see your silence. Friends, family, colleagues. It’s noted. The self-entitled, self-absorbed “not my problem” citizen causing is perpetrating and endangering the lives of the vulnerable elderly and the young children of our country. And yes, If you wish to remain South African with a clean record outside of perpetrators of crimes against humanity, best you stand up now. It is your problem.

Stop your parasitical treasonous failings of hiding your head in the sand. The fighters are tired of watching your back and bankrolling all the work required, the lack of sleep and the lack of resources. The sleeplessness and time to uphold your freedoms are over.

You are either part of the solution or you are part of the problem.

You have to take responsibility. The alternative - You have now become part of the problem and will be noted as such. The History of our democracy, abolishment of Apartheid and the birth of our nation is owed to many.

Ignorance Is No Defence

Do you ignore reality or choose ignorance? Catch up on your sleep while leaving the work to others to protect your children’s bodily autonomy and their rights to human dignity.

Are you the one that posts the illusions of your reality to “Fakebook” and “Insta(gratification)gram” of the minuscule bubble of privilege in which you reside? (albeit not for very much longer)

Too long have you relied on others to fight for you and your family, and their right to freedom in a democratic society. While we fight for your rights and the rights of your children, you provide no useful return on the efforts. You have failed us. And your continuous silence is crippling us and the future of our children.

Fobbing Off

Being a responsible citizen means you don’t get to fob off your responsibilities to others. You don’t get to float around consumed in your utopia with your head buried in your selfish ideals, leaving the lack of sleep and the hard grind of protecting your rights. YOUR freedom and your democracy are not our responsibility. The select few are already contributing and doing their bit out of their ethical and moral obligation to their community.

Responsible Perpetrators

You have an obligation and a responsibility. So do your children. You have managed to mindlessly ignore the reality and danger of our current situation. Focusing only on:

• the cost of your food,

• the cost of your entertaining and eating out,

• how your disposable income has dried out,

• how your load shedding schedule affects your washing machine,

• the cost of your fuel,

• the cost of your kid’s education,

• your healthcare,

• your medicines, or better yet,

• how is your family going to manage your next trip away?

You have a sense of moral or ethical duty to something or someone which may imply an obligation to do something. For democracy to succeed, citizens must be active, not passive, because they should be aware of the fact, that the success or failure of the government is their responsibility, and no one else's.

National Heroes. No More.

National “Heroes” who stood for years, belting out their allegiance while enjoying the goosebump praise and fat paycheques. Yes, those who put their hands on their hearts with tears in their eyes mouthing off “Sounds the call to come together, And united we shall stand, Let us live and strive for freedom, In South Africa, our land ” before the nation cheered. Your lip service has been noted. So too is your lack of service and protection of our constitution. 

What a lesson the past two years have been. It’s been biblical on so many fronts. Most importantly, it’s certainly separated the Sheep (and the wolves) from the Lions.

Yes, the “captains” who are so-called “leaders” of our National sports teams.  Whilst soaking up the “cash” and the limelight of being the National heroes to future generations, you failed to let our most vulnerable children know, that they were not going to be welcome unless having their bodily autonomy and human dignity trampled on in the future. To the Sports “heroes” you have shown your duality. You turned your back when it mattered most. On the 70% of your countrymen, women and children. 

This was the proclamation of your responsibility as a South African, to your neighbours, and your country.

Stop The Pretence

These so-called heroes certainly didn’t accept the call to the responsibility that comes with the many rights and freedoms that they were privileged to inherit from the sacrifice and suffering of those who came before them.

They have neither acknowledged nor shown appreciation for those rights enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa. Those which are “inseparable from my duties and responsibilities to others.” And they have not accepted their responsibilities to our rights.

As such, we would prefer not to witness you blurt off some rhetoric that holds only a couple of hours of pretence for the 3 seconds of your tears and lip service. You have forfeited the right to be taken seriously again when you sing our anthem. Perhaps you should have more respect for this pledge considering you have effectively aided the nation’s enemies in committing acts of violations, and betrayal through your silence. 

Corrupt Cowards and Hypocrites

To the disastrous and cowardly journalists who have damaged our nation. Who sold sell their souls through their words, to the enemy of the state. The compromised media reporters who’ve had “carte blanche” for years. We see you.

To those scientists and Doctors who stand for nothing anymore. Who take up space and puppets of the Pharmaceutical companies. Who above all have committed some of the most egregious crimes, not only to the citizens but to their souls. There is no way back for you unless you repent. Living with cognitive dissonance hoping the academic snobbery and wishful thinking will help you out of this criminal net you are caught in, is treasonous. 

To the many priests who were one of the most trusted in society. Those who remain silent and indignant. There is no place for you. Neither here nor in the afterlife will save you. Repenting won’t do it either. You know that. Read your bible. Your time is up.

The Bill of Responsibilities

Preamble

I accept the call to the responsibility that comes with the many rights and freedoms that I have been privileged to inherit from the sacrifice and suffering of those who came before me. I appreciate that the rights enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa are inseparable from my duties and responsibilities to others. Therefore I accept that with every right comes a set of responsibilities.

This Bill outlines the responsibilities that flow from each of the rights enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa.

The Politicians

Elected representatives of the electorate and, in particular, the ruling parties, should abide consistently by the law, however, they presume to believe that they can do so without obedience to the existing, and binding, law and have over the past 2 years, exercised their assigned responsibility as though they can do so with impunity.

Silence by the politicians (outside of the corrupt ANC and their presiding President and public officials) is no better than the corrupt Party themselves. The Democratic Alliance, The EFF, ActionSA and every other silent party President or parliamentarian through aiding the lawlessness has breached the laws of South Africa, by aiding its enemies in committing such acts.

(Zille, Steenhuisen and Winde have proved to be part of the problem. Not only are they silent, they are fuelling the crisis and promoting the dangers. Leaching of the funding by the vaccine makers no doubt. Yes, we have that evidence too)

Then you have the CCMA, and every corporate authority who has assisted in perpetrating the constitutional laws of South Africa, the African Charter (including the Protocol on the Rights of Women in #AFRICA)

The law enjoins all public officials to refrain from every manner of abuse of authority. In South Africa, the Constitution, which, with the rule of law, is the primary source of all law, requires the president and all parliamentarians to make an oath of fealty to the Constitution. A breach of that oath is a matter of grave importance.

You Encouraged The Tormentor

Some guardians are constantly watching and keeping guard, weathering the storm. And there is no fake reality for us. No instant gratification. And no sleep. We have managed to slow the pace at which the nation falls victim to the tyrants. We’ve exposed the dangers, we’ve questioned the policymakers. But we will not forget how we were left to do the work for you and your freedoms, with no effort or consideration to your nation.

While you the silent ones continue to play your role in doing the bidding for the perpetrators, we will continue to add your names to the dustbin of the history books. The list is very long and the silence and gaslighting by those implicated have bloated the bucket of those on this auspicious list.

A Patriots Duty

Every citizen has a duty and responsibility to the pledge of South Africa. If you are not prepared to do this, don’t utter the anthem ever again. You don’t have a right to it. Patriotic allegiance is reserved for what appears to be a very select few.
